Green Island in Marina Kaštela

In order to assist with the preservation of the environment and to protect our beautiful Kašteli from garbage, we have installed the first green island for separate collection of recyclable waste in MarinaKaštela, including glass containers, plastic containers, cans, paper and cardboard. The first disposal of the gathered containers will take place on Aug. 1st, 2016. According to the previously arranged schedule, the waste will be removed once per week during the season.

The green island is located on the parking lot on the west side of the marina. At the beginning of June 2017, upon the completion of the construction of the Business Centre with a swimming pool and of the Sailing Club, another green island will be installed near those two facilities.
