A commemorative ceremony took place at Marina Kaštela for the opening of additional content preceded by the “Open Door Day” at Marina Kaštela when the local residents were given an opportunity to use the swimming pool free of charge along with sailing and rowing presentations and a concert by group TBF.
“Peace Fleet – Calm Sea” (“Flota mira – Mirno more”), the largest humanitarian sailing project for children, found itself on its great journey along the Croatian coast for the 24th time from September 15th to 22nd, 2018. Just like during the previous years, more than 100 boats sailed into the host's harbour - Marina Kaštela, where they enjoyed a diverse program.
Nakon dvije godine rada, napokon je dovršen monumentalni projekt Marine Kaštela. Izgradili smo dvije nove zgrade u našem kompleksu, obogatili ponudu za naše goste, te uredili šetnicu prema i oko Jedriličarskog kluba.
Marina Kaštela, Bavadria and the Nautic Restaurant participated as sponsors in a volunteer action entitled “72 sata bez kompromisa” (72 Hours without Compromise). It is an international volunteer project for the youth that promotes solidarity, unity, creativity and volunteering.
Once again, Marina Kaštela hosted the international social-pedagogic project entitled Mirno more Peacefleet. The project features a week of sailing on the Adriatic for children from marginalised groups from entire Europe with the goal of casting away prejudices and building peace.
The ladies of the women's Marina KaštelaVolleyball Club have realised their dream of winning the Croatian Volleyball Championship. Marina KaštelaandBavadriahave been their main sponsors since day one. With this win, they have concluded the best season in the history of the club. They have won the Croatia Supercup, the Croatia Cup and, in the end, the Championship by beating the Mladost team in Zagreb with a score of 1:3.
Last week the representatives of Bavadria and Mirno More Marina Kaštela participated in a three day training. The theme of the training was voluntourism and it was organised by the MI Association from Split, ADP Zid from Podgorica and other partner organisations as a part of the project entitled Voluntourism – Adventure, Nature and Participation Destination financed by the European Union.
A short time ago, the Iuventa ship docked in Marina Kaštela with a crew of volunteers from the Jugend Rettet Association. Volunteers from all around the world sailed the Mediterranean Sea to assist persons in peril on the sea.
